Included in every website package is 30 days post-launch support. Afterwards, we offer an Ongoing Support plan exclusively for past clients. This is an add-on where we can be on call to help with troubleshooting, adding apps, questions, and small website tweaks.

DO YOU OFFER POST LAUNCH SUPPORT?

Website builds can take as fast as a couple weeks, but are largely dependent on your availability for communication and getting the necessary assets back to us. We also offer our popular VIP Website In A Day.

How long do projects take?

Our clients come to us with a brand already created– a product line, supplier, logo and domain. You will be responsible for creating the content for your website: your photos, descriptions, and product details. Before you reach out, you should have these details ready or be working on preparing them. 

What do I need before we start?

Yes! We do consulting, team training, analytics setup, speaking engagements, and more! Please reach out to brenda@ecomqueens.com with your individual request.

Do you offer anything else?

You can view our full range of services and ‘starting at’ prices here. However, every business is unique, so after our Discovery Call, we’ll send over a custom proposal for you. To give you an idea, our website builds and marketing packages start at $2,500.
